What are the HIT Heroes Awards?
Welcome to the HIT Heroes Awards! Celebrating the outstanding apprentices and employers we work with across hospitality and retail.
We share in the success of our dedicated learners who have taken on their apprenticeship with passion. And we champion employers who have gone the extra mile to drive apprenticeships forward within their workplace.
The awards showcase the diverse range of apprenticeships in hospitality and retail, celebrating apprentices’ individual development and drive to become the hospitality and retail leaders of the future.
To be a HIT Hero, you must be nominated by an individual in the HIT community such as a customer, colleague, employer or HIT Vocational Trainer. A judging panel of industry experts will select the winners in November 2023.
Announcing the winners
Winners will be announced during a roadshow during December 2023 and January 2024! Their success will be celebrated online during apprenticeship week in February 2024 where the winner of the HIT Hero of the Year Award 2023 will be crowned.
